Hi there! I'm Caela, and I would love the opportunity to support you and your family through childcare. I've been working with children for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience through babysitting, nannying, serving as a swim instructor, and working as a camp counselor at the YMCA. I've cared for children of all ages-from infants to teenagers-and genuinely enjoy building meaningful, fun, and safe connections with each child I meet. I recently returned to the U. Caela first helped us when our regular nanny was sick (when our baby was about 4mo) and she was so great I jokingly asked if she could stay with us. While that wasn’t possible we’re glad that we’ve been able to use her here and there when our other nanny hasn’t been available. Even though our daughter is only 6mo, we can tell she really enjoys spending time with her. Importantly, I noticed a post about poor communication and had the exact opposite experience so disregard that review. Shes 10/10
