Brianne was our long-term nanny. She took care of my three children from age ranges of birth to aged 9. She was an integral part of our family and helped our home run smoothly. She is extremely punctual & dependable and flexible in regards to schedule changes. She has exceptional household organizational skills. Her responsibilities included getting my kids to & from school & activities, packing & making healthy snacks and meals, keeping the kids toys organized, doing the kids laundry, packing kids for trips, coordinating play dates, shopping for household items (groceries, kids b-day gifts etc). My kids love her and call her their "best friend". When the kids were infants she was excellent about documenting their schedules (feeding, diapers, sleep) and adapted to schedule changes as they grew. She helped all three of my kids toilet train (2 were easy, one was not) and kept her cool. She encourages my kids to participate in chores and be responsible.
