Had a good in person interview with Brianna. She was very responsive via email. She said she was available in a few days to do a trial day with my kids. I called her references then emailed and texted to have her come in for the trial day and she never responded. I think it's very bad form to stop communicating even if you are not interested in a position. It's just not professional.
