Hi! I'm Brea, a 27-year-old Child Developmentalist and Certified Child Life Specialist with a Masters in child development. I have been working with young children for 10+ years & my last nanny position was a 3-year share with two infants & two preschoolers (yes, all at once!). I most recently completed a residency in Child Life at CHOP, one of the best Children's Hospital hospitals in the world. I've worked in hospital, home, camp, & daycare settings with strengths in developmentally appropriate activities, scaffolding emotional development, meal prep, schedule building, & I've been called a baby nap whisperer! I love being creative while planning new activities to do everyday-I am no stranger to getting messy while at work! I'm very active & love to get outside to take long walks or play sports! You can always find me at parks, gardens, street festivals, or running along the lake! I am confident in transit and driving w/ no prior accidents:) Hope to talk soon!
I've had the pleasure of knowing and working alongside Brea for the past four years, and I can confidently say she is one of the most exceptional childcare professionals I've met. Brea has a master's degree and an extensive educational background in child development, and it truly shows in the way she cares for children. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and consistently meets children where they are developmentally. She has a natural ability to make children feel safe, valued, and understood. Beyond her expertise, Brea is exceptionally dependable and punctual. She is someone families can truly count on, and her calm, compassionate presence makes her a wonderful partner to both children and parents. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Brea as their nanny.
