About Braylan

I'd describe my personality as attentive, encouraging, and playful! I love working with children because of their curiosity and creativity, and I enjoy creating a safe, fun environment where they feel encouraged to learn and be themselves while giving parents peace of mind. I started caring for kids when my mom's friend adopted her foster daughter and needed someone she could trust. Watching that little girl grow from shy and quiet into a funny, confident, outgoing child inspired my love for childcare. I'm looking for a family where I can build a genuine relationship with consistent, steady hours and some flexibility when life happens. In my free time I enjoy baking, playing volleyball and basketball, trying new restaurants, spending time at the beach, shopping, and reading. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, communicate well with parents, and take the trust families place in me very seriously. My strengths are patience, creative engagement, and safety awareness.
