About Bianca

Hello, my name is Bianca. I am a dedicated childcare professional with nearly 16 years of experience caring for children, with a special focus on infants and toddlers. I am CPR certified and hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant and Toddler care. My training also includes infant sleep training and SIDS awareness. I am currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about providing attentive, nurturing care that supports each child's development. Through age-appropriate play, reading, music, and consistent routines, I strive to help children feel secure and confident as they learn and grow. I value clear communication with parents and work closely with families to respect their preferences and meet their children's individual needs.
