About Beth

I'd describe my personality as positive, uplifting and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because they deserve to be seen and treated with respect and dignity. I'm looking for a job that will enable me to support an individual physically, emotionally, spiritually and/or socially. I managed a group home for 4-6 adult males with Developmental challenges and was the Operations Manager / Back Up Assistant Director for an aging facility at Bancroft. Bancroft career for 32 years. In my spare time, I like to meditate, garden, write poetry, weekend trips to Poconos and LBI with family and friends. My last position at Bancroft was Executive Assistant to the President. I recently earned my certification in Elder Care / End of Life Doula. I am a Notary Public. I adapt very well to others, trustworthy and a forward thinker. My skills include medication admin, doctor appts, socialization, wellbeing/holistic techniques and creation of Life Reviews.
