Bertha was exactly who we needed when we needed her and she'll be our first choice moving forward should we need childcare. Our kids were a bit nervous about someone new coming to the house, fast forward a few hours and our 2.5yr old is requesting that Bertha lie with her to get her to sleep. Our kids jump up and down with excitement when we mention that Bertha is coming back and we highly recommend her to anyone needing care.
