Benita worked two days then on the day she was supposed to work (December 7, 2025) three hours before her shift she texted that she had a family emergency with her father. of course that is understandable and we acknowledged we understood but there was no more communication of what happens next until a text on the 10th that said I will be back some time next week. Followed by a text a day after saying I will be back Monday. When you leave and you are the primary caregiver emergencies are understandable but lack of communication isn’t.
