About Bee

I am a current graduate student at EVMS studying Counseling and Art Therapy with an interest in pediatric art therapy. I graduated from UVA in May with a degree in painting. I have years of experience working with kids, from being a figure skating coach in high school, to a therapeutic caregiver to high support needs foster children, to a summer art teacher at a private school during my undergrad years. I'd describe my personality as positive, bubbly, and artistic. I like working with kids because I find it fulfilling and fun! I'm looking for a job that allows me to make grocery money as I study for my masters degree, while creating connections with my new Norfolk community. I started working with kids when I was in high school in 2018 as a figure skating coach, and have continued working with kids in different capacities since. In my spare time, I like to paint, read, and rewatch shows from my childhood.
