About Bailey

Hi! I'm Bailey, a college junior and psychology major who recently moved to the Knoxville area. With over 7 years of childcare experience, I am deeply passionate about supporting children's growth, creativity, and development! My journey began with 5 years of volunteering in my church's children's ministry. Since then, I've spent over 3 years as a part-time nanny and have over 3 years of specialized experience working with children with autism. Because of my background in psychology and special needs support, I bring a unique blend of patience, empathy, and structured engagement to every family I work with. I would describe myself as outgoing, bubbly, and kindhearted. I bring energy, patience, and compassion to every interaction. I find genuine joy in working with children and strive to make a lasting impact in their lives. Their creativity and imagination inspire me every day, and I'm excited to continue making a difference!
