Hi my name is Bailee, I will be attending Oakland University to study social work. I was a 3 sport athlete all throughout high school, I played soccer, basketball and volleyball. During my free time I love to go out with friends, play non competitive sports in the parks, hangout with my family and mostly love to be outdoors. I absolutely love to babysit. I worked with kids for 3 years at an indoor playground called dinoland and worked with all ages starting from 6 months to about 12 years old. I love running around with the kids and run around with them. Some skills I have is definitely my athleticism, I feel that is a great thing to have to help keep the kids active and to let them have fun. It's also good to have so I can run around with the kids and be able to keep up! I also can cook, keep everything cleaned and organized! I offer any needs necessary! (Cleaning, cooking, errands, laundry, organizing, etc.)

I agreed to hire Bailee over a week in advance, and we had a clear agreement that she would be watching my children today. I stayed in communication with her throughout the week, and she confirmed just two days ago that she would be here. On the day she was supposed to come, she messaged me saying she could no longer make it due to a car accident. This was the first day of my school program, which I cannot miss, and her last-minute cancellation left me scrambling to find someone to care for my children with essentially no notice. I had already been concerned about her communication, but I did not expect her to cancel on the actual day after repeatedly confirming the arrangement. I have our messages documenting the agreement, my continued communication with her, and her confirmation. Reliability is one of the most important qualities when someone is being trusted with childcare, and unfortunately, my experience with Bailee was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend hiring her for a childcare position where dependable attendance is important.
