About Ava

Hi! My name is Ava, and I've been working with kids since I was 16! I started by helping run youth volleyball clinics and camps, and at 17, I began babysitting part-time throughout high school and after graduating. I'm currently a youth volleyball coach and Director of Operations for a volleyball organization, so I have lots of experience working with kids of different ages, communicating with families, and creating a fun, supportive environment. I'd describe myself as patient, outgoing, responsible, and very organized! I love keeping kids engaged, planning activities, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Outside of childcare, I'm also a licensed hairstylist! I love Pilates, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with my dog. I'm looking to build genuine connections with families and be someone both parents and kids can trust and rely on. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family!
