About Ashley

Hi families! I'm a dedicated caregiver with a lifelong passion for helping children and people thrive. I've nannied full- and part-time since my teens, developing an approach to childcare that blends fun, learning, and emotional growth. My background is rooted in psychology and behavioral health. I've spent years supporting individuals on the spectrum and managing a team of 9 mental health case managers. Because of this, I excel at creating structured, calm, and supportive environments for kids of all backgrounds. When I'm with your children, my goal is to keep them active and inspired. A typical day includes: • Creativity & Movement: Active play, crafts, and games. • Skill Building: Fun reading and tailored learning activities. • Behavioral Tools: Teaching emotional regulation and coping skills gently. I look forward to bringing my love for teaching and supporting into your home!
