Hi! I'm Ashley, and I have several years of experience caring for children through nannying, babysitting, and working with Sunshine Aftercare, where I supervised and engaged children in a safe, fun, and structured environment. I currently work as a Senior Program Manager for Best Buddies, supporting young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which has strengthened my patience, communication, and leadership skills. I'm dependable, nurturing, organized, and love creating engaging activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading, and homework help. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and maintaining daily routines. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your children, and I strive to provide a safe, caring, and positive environment where they can learn, grow, and have fun.
