Ashley was our sitter for our son, O. for about two years and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for him. O. is autistic and has special needs, so finding someone we could completely trust and who truly understood him was really important to us. Ashley was that person. She was incredibly patient, caring, dependable, and always took the time to understand O. and his needs. She got to know his routines, his personality, and the little things that made him comfortable and happy. Most importantly, she treated him with so much kindness and accepted him exactly as he is. Having a child with special needs can make trusting someone else with their care a little harder, but we always felt completely comfortable leaving O. with Ashley. Knowing he was safe, happy, and with someone who genuinely cared about him gave us such peace of mind. Ashley became someone our whole family trusted and appreciated, and we are so thankful for the two years she spent with O. . I would recommend her without hesitation, especially to another special needs family. Any family would be lucky to have her!
