I'm Ashley, an experienced senior caregiver with a professional background in assisted living and memory care, including caring for residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. As a former Shift Supervisor/Medication Technician and Med Tech Supervisor, I provided hands-on support with bathing, dressing, feeding, personal care, and daily routines. I've experienced the many challenges of Alzheimer's and understand that care must adapt as a person's needs change. I prioritize each resident's safety, comfort, dignity, and individuality, meeting them with patience, compassion, and respect. My approach is always centered on what is best for the person in my care. I understand the trust involved in caring for a loved one and strive to provide dependable, personalized support that brings families greater peace of mind.
