Hi! I'm Ashley, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and caring environment where kids can be themselves, learn, and grow. I'm patient, dependable, and calm under pressure, and I know how important it is for parents to feel confident and comfortable with the person caring for their children. I have experience with children of all ages and love keeping them engaged through reading, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and other age-appropriate activities. I enjoy encouraging kids to explore their interests, use their imagination, and build confidence while knowing they always have a supportive adult nearby. I'm organized, reliable, and believe open communication with parents is so important. Above all, I want children to feel safe, happy, heard, and cared for-and parents to have peace of mind knowing their little ones are in good hands.
