About Ashleigh

I recently graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and am passionate about helping others live healthier, more independent lives. For the past two years, I've worked as a Physical Therapy Technician, where I've gained hands-on experience assisting patients with mobility, exercise, and daily care while building meaningful relationships through compassion and encouragement. I am BLS (Basic Life Support) certified and committed to providing safe, dependable, and attentive care. I truly enjoy being a companion to older adults, whether that means helping with daily tasks, providing conversation and emotional support, or encouraging them to stay active and engaged. My goal is to help each person maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while creating a positive and trusting relationship with them and their family
