Hello, My name is Arpan, and I am originally from Nepal. I am a dedicated and nurturing childcare provider with 2 years of experience caring for children from infancy through age 15. I bring a calm, patient, and attentive approach to caregiving, with a strong focus on supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental growth. I hold a graduate degree and enjoy using my educational background to encourage learning through educational play, puzzles, creative activities, and outdoor engagement. I strive to create a balanced environment encouraged to learn and grow. I am dependable, organized, and comfortable maintaining household routines while reinforcing family expectations to provide consistency and structure. I also value strong communication and make it a priority to provide regular updates and check-ins so parents feel informed and confident in their child's care. I am also CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross.
