I like working with kids because I've been told that I'm quite introverted around adults, but I love working with kids and seeing them accomplish small goals/ their growth. I started working with kids when I worked at a summer camp as a direct support professional with minors ages 5-21. These kids were on the autism spectrum, so it was a very new experience.
