About Ariana

Hey there parents and guardians! I'm Ariana a recent graduation from the University of Maryland where I received a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. With 6 years of childcare experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth. My creative approach helps me connect with kids, and I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates throughout the day. I enforce household rules to maintain a safe, structured environment and offer a range of activities, from outdoor games to educational fun. I'm experienced with children of all ages and can care for up to three at a time. I'm also fluent in Spanish! I would also describe my self as a very organized person using a calendar to keep myself in check. I'm a fast and effective communicator when it comes to anything I do. My resume is always available. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I look forward to meeting you!
