About Aralyn

I pride myself on taking a patient a calm approach. I believe children thrive with a balance of structure and spontaneity. Every child is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, respected, and encouraged to grow. I value fostering independence, creativity, and confidence while maintaining healthy boundaries and prioritizing safety. I am CPR and First Aid certified and work as a certified behavioral therapist. Most of my experience has been supporting children with disabilities, developmental differences, and behavioral challenges, making me comfortable providing individualized care for a wide range of needs. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping, homework, travel, etc. I believe childcare is a team effort built on open communication, trust, and collaboration with both families and children.
