About Karen

Hello! My name is Karen Elias, and I am a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with years of hands-on experience caring for children ranging from infants to teenagers. I have worked as a private nanny, where I supported children's daily routines, including feedings, diapering, enrichment activities, and socialization. With older children, I've provided safe transportation, homework help, meal preparation, arts and crafts, and organizational support. In addition, I spent a year working at a Montessori school as an Assistant Guide and Extended Day Coordinator. In this role, I fostered independence, designed engaging activities, and modeled positive social and emotional skills. Currently, I am a children's therapist, which further deepens my understanding of child development, emotional well-being, and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment. I am passionate about helping children grow, learn, and thrive, and I bring patience, creativity, and a caring approach.
