Hello, I have experience with elders as a Personal Care Aide. While I further my career to become Nurse. ( Currently in Nursing School) I am versatile and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant with over 8 years of experience in personal care and patient support in a healthcare setting. I want to do more one on one with my residents so I can engage more and show empathy in assisting with daily living activities, patient monitoring, and providing emotional support. I hold multiple certifications, including PCT, PCA, CNA and BLS. Mastered any mechanical lyft, gait belt transfers & mobility assistance. I demonstrate strong communication and adaptability skills. I am committed to delivering great and comfortable care in enhancing my patients and residents well being in there home.
