I am an experienced childcare professional with a background in daycare, after-school care, youth programs, and school-age supervision. I currently work in an aftercare leadership role, where I help manage student transitions, parent communication, safety procedures, attendance, and daily classroom needs. I enjoy creating a safe, structured, and caring environment where children can feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged. I am dependable, patient, organized, and comfortable caring for children of different ages. I understand how important communication is between families and caregivers, and I take that responsibility seriously. I am also comfortable helping with homework, meals/snacks, routines, activities, and general supervision.
