About Amira

Hello Families, I am an experienced, warm, and dependable caregiver new to the Milwaukee area and excited to provide child care for local families. As an Art Therapy graduate student at Mount Mary, I am looking forward integrating creaitivity to my care as a nanny! For the past two years, I have been a full-time nature preschool teacher - designing and implementing nature-based and arts-integrated curriculum for children ages 3-5. Alongside my preschool teaching position, I ran a program increasing access to the outdoors for youth facing adversity in my community. I have worked with children across a range of ages and needs, including neurodivergent students and children experiencing acute trauma. I approach every child with warmth and curiosity and love to learn what makes each child unique. Outdoor play and art have a special place in my heart!
