About Amanda

Hello, my name is Amanda! I'm a caring and knowledgeable nanny with 14 years of child care experience and a bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis on early childhood development. I am a board certified behavioral therapist. I will be moving from San Diego, CA to Davidson, NC in mid-November. My childcare experience has primarily focused on infants and toddlers. Most families I've been with were long-term positions (from newborn until preschool age). I have also been responsible for light housekeeping, running errands, and meal preparation. I am also CPR, first aid, and lifeguard certified.
