I have experience providing companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping, laundry, and meaningful engagement for older adults, including those living with memory loss. I enjoy getting to know the people I care for and helping them stay as independent, comfortable, and connected as possible. Families describe me as calm, reliable, and easy to communicate with.
