About Amanda

I just completed my first year as a school based Speech Language Pathologist, and am looking for summer work! Fostering children's growth and development is my true passion, especially in communication skills. I provide language-rich activities that meet children exactly where they are, and have years of experience with special needs children and adults. I am patient, calm, and prioritize a child-led approach to daily fun. I love sparking imagination through play! I maintain First Aid Training and CPR Training to ensure a safe environment, along with behavior training for special needs. I am happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping while following your preferred communication style for daily updates.
