About Amanda

I started very early taking care of children. I would babysit my brothers (ages 5 and 8) from the age of 12, and I still babysit them even though they are 12 and 15 now. I have taken care of other children aside from my brothers including my cousin when he was 4 months old and his sister when she was three. I have taken care of three other children, one of which had Down syndrome. I occasionally take care of the children at church. I take care of a group of children within the age of 1-6 years old. I can feed, bottle feed, change diapers, bathe, dress and play with children. I love reading, and I enjoy reading books to children. I also enjoy playing board games and listening to music. I like to play games with children outdoors such as: soccer, volleyball, basketball, and baseball. I like to play fun games like Simon says, hide and go seek, or freeze dance. I like inventing games for kids to play and making crafts with them. I am good with pets as well and can help with taking them out for walks with the children. I am a very friendly and outgoing person. I am hoping to save up money for college as well.
