About Amanda

Hello! My name is Amanda, and I am currently a registered nurse working with moms and babies in the postpartum unit. I graduated with my Masters in nursing in 2024, and ever since then, I have been so happy to have found a career that I love. However, with the gaps in my schedule with only working ~3-12hr nights per week, I have some free time that I'd like to fill up by helping more families! I have previously worked in a childcare/preschool setting taking care of children ages 6weeks -12yrs. I am dedicated to my work, honest, and I get along great with children. I am especially great with newborn babies, as that is what my specialty field is in, nursing wise. I also grew up around both dogs and cats, and have continued pet sitting for my neighbors whenever I could. My schedule opens up on a monthly basis, and I work night shift, but I am used to operating on little sleep (life of a nurse for you!). Please reach out if you need a helping hand!
