About Amanda

For nearly two decades, I've dedicated myself to nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. I am a clinical social worker who works with children and their parents in a therapeutic setting as well as within early childhood education supporting social emotional development and mental health. I am patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and even some technology-based games with children. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time, and I have experience with children of all ages. I am happy to help with crafts and swimming supervision. I hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and communication preferences. Knowing I can provide reliable support to families brings me immense joy, and I look forward to the possibility of caring for your child.
