I'm a 35-year-old career nanny with nearly 20 years of childcare experience! I started at 16 as a daycare teacher and later became a private nanny.

I genuinely love working with children, watching them grow, and building lasting relationships with families. My experience includes newborns through teenagers, developmental milestones, potty training, household management, and caring for children with ADHD, autism, and additional needs.

Safety is always my priority, but I also believe childhood should be fun! I love outdoor adventures, crafts, baking, and learning through play. I'm patient, nurturing, dependable, and passionate about making children feel heard and understood.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, cooking, baking bread, gardening, and spending time with my dogs.

I'm seeking a full-time or part-time position beginning in the new year and would love to connect!

Not enough great things to say about Allison! My son was a NICU baby so naturally I was very nervous about leaving him in the care of someone else when I went back to work. Allison eased all my worries from day one. She is loving, empathetic, punctual, mindful, intentional, resourceful and responsive. My son adores her. Her experience and love for children is evident. She makes our lives easier in so many ways and we can’t thank her enough! 

Allison is an amazing and very experienced childcare provider.  She worked as a nanny for me for 2 yrs and she was invaluable to our family. She is mindful, conscientious, kind, creative and very organized.

Allison has been a home run for our twins of 2.5 months.  We are currently using her and continue to be impressed with her daily.  She is very caring and always looking for something to do even when they nap.  She is even keeled and brings a warm calm to a really intense set of kids.  Absolutely recommend her. Allison is AWESOME! My kids have always been a little weary of being around others... Allison and my kids took just like that and even after we no longer needed her keeps in contact and hangs out when we all can get together. My kids loved all the activities she would make for them, the fun field trips, and just spending time outside playing or hanging out in the pool! If I ever could hire Allison again, it would be totally awesome and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE it! 

Allison has watched my 14 month old son a couple times. My son cries with anyone but me so I was pretty nervous about using a babysitter. I couldn't believe it she sent me pictures of him playing and sleeping and having a great time. She said he was just great for her. My son loves her and I can actually relax and run my errands or go to the beach and not have to worry about my son. I am so grateful to have Allison for the occasional babysitter. If I were to go to work full time she would be the first person I would call. She is honest, trustworthy, fun and nurturing. Thank you Allison for a great experience. You'll always feel good when hiring her. I would use Allison for all my needs if she was available. I only wish I had found her sooner. 

Allison is the first Nanny we have ever hired, and she is the Gold Standard! We hired her when my husband had to fly out of town for an extended period, and my work schedule was very demanding. My very picky and opinionated toddler took to her in just a few days, and often ran to the door crying for Allison to come back after I came home from work. She also helped me keep my sanity by helping with household chores and helping my 2nd-grader with his homework. She would often text me updates and send me pictures of the kids while she took them on walks to the nearby park, so I always knew they were happy and safe.

Allison is a lovely, honest, and caring person. You can tell that she truly loves children, because they love her right back! I cannot recommend her enough. My husband and I have no family here, and Allison is the only one we would ever entrust with our children. After 2 years of having no "Mommy and Daddy Time", I am relieved to have finally found someone who could help us beyond just babysitting. Thanks, Allison!

I am a mother of twin girls.  Allison was tremendous with helping my girls and my family.  She worked with us and was very flexible with hours due to my crazy schedule.
