About Allison

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient and understanding. I like working with kids because, I want to make a positive impact on their lives. I love the creativity and authenticity of each individual child. They show me endless possibilities and opportunities. I started working with kids when I was really young. I began volunteering at my churches daycare for 2 years. There I worked with mainly infants-2-year-olds. Once I was 18 years old I became a RBT which is my full time job. I work with ages varying from 2-12 years old who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
