About Allie

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, optimistic, and adventurous. I like working with kids because they keep me imaginative and excited about the little things in life like nature or art. I started working with kids when I was around 12 years old. I babysat two kids for a family friend for their date nights and that evolved into more opportunities that were two to three days a week for a couple summers. In my spare time, I like to play music and go for walks, mountain bike, and spend time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I love taking kids places like the park or on nature hikes as able. With that being said I am also really good with communication to ensure families still know what they can expect their children to be doing each day as well as where we will be. My skills include communication, problem solving and dispute resolution, and activities planning.
