Hi! My name is Allie, and I have a passion for working with children. I have experience as an instructional aide in a self-contained special education classroom, where I helped support students with a variety of learning and behavioral needs. I also have church childcare experience through volunteering in my church's kids ministry, caring for children of different ages in fun, engaging, and safe environments. I'm patient, dependable, and love creating a positive atmosphere where kids feel comfortable and cared for. Whether we're playing games, helping with homework, doing crafts, or sticking to bedtime routines, I strive to make every child feel valued while giving parents peace of mind.
