Hi, I'm Alison. I met my husband at camp, was a nanny, & have an Elem Ed degree Now that I'm animal free, (had 7), I'm looking for a flexible, PT opportunity where I will be welcomed as part of the family. I have senior care experience with my parents who are 78 and 80, filling in for a friend's father's caregiver, a brief companion opportunity over the holidays and currently are a part time companion for a 97 year young lady who just stopped driving. I would like the family to know upfront that I do not drive in ice and snow. Why I am interested in being a companion, my Grand-mom. We talked every day, she told everyone how she had all of her "original parts", and knew every grandkids/great grandkids schedules, she volunteered and cooked for everyone. In 2018, at 100, I lost her. I am looking to find a special person who will enjoy my company as much I will enjoy theirs. I look forward to hearing from you.
