For more than 10 years, I have supported over 100 adults and seniors as a caregiver and case manager, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. With a background in senior case management and Bachelors in psychology I understand the cognitive, emotional, and practical needs associated with aging, illness, and changing independence. I am patient, calm, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented, providing individualized care based on each person's routines, preferences, personality, and history. I assist with memory and cognitive challenges, gentle redirection, de-escalation, medication reminders, appointments, transportation, errands, light meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines. I also encourage engagement and independence through meaningful activities.
