About Aleyna

I am an experienced childcare professional and educator, with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and have fun. Over the past decade, I have worked with children from infancy through school age in both classroom and leadership roles, combining the warmth of a caregiver with the knowledge of an early childhood professional. While I have served as an accredited childcare director, my favorite part of the job has always been connecting with children and creating meaningful experiences for them. I am energetic, hands-on, and never afraid to get messy, play outside, build forts, do art projects, explore nature, or join in imaginative play. I excel at planning developmentally appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, physical, and academic growth while still feeling fun and child-led. I believe in balancing structure with adventure, fostering independence, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued, confident, and excited to learn.
