Alexi was okay with our 4 children ages 6 months, 16 months and two 4yr olds but I think 4 young children was too much for her. Alexi definitely did better with our babies than the 4 yr olds as she struggled with discipline and having the children follow the rules. Alexi is very timid and when I spoke with her about this telling her she can be more firm telling them no and sending them to their rooms her response was “I try but they tell me no”. Alexi also was not very reliable frequently calling off or needed to leave early.
