About Alexa

Hi! I'm Alexa, a certified teacher currently teaching 4th and 5th grade special education. I've been working with kids since I was 16, starting with babysitting and eventually moving into the classroom. Before my current role, I spent two years teaching at a developmental preschool, which gave me strong experience supporting a wide range of needs. I love creating a calm, positive environment where kids feel safe, understood, and able to be themselves. I'm looking to babysit during school breaks and time off, and I'm happy to help with homework, routines, or just making the day fun and easy. I'm dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoy being around kids. Outside of teaching, I love baking, reading, and spending time with my dog, Milo. I'd love to connect!
