My passion stems from supporting adults' independence and positive experiences in previous care roles. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and personal care. I also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I am experienced in dementia care and hospice services. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I prioritize understanding a client's preferences and history. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
