About Akaila

Hi, my name is A'Kaila. I have a strong background in early childhood education, having studied the field throughout high school and during my first year of college. I also have hands-on childcare experience working with three different families. I have cared for a child with autism, provided care for a family with two children, and cared for a baby, giving me experience with children at different ages and with different needs. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in creating a safe, nurturing, engaging, and fun environment for children. I am dependable, patient, responsible, and passionate about supporting children's growth, development, and individual needs.
