About Aileen

Dear Family, My name is Aileen . I'm a 26-year-old compassionate, patient, and loving childcare provider from Ecuador, currently in Phillipsburg, NJ, finishing my degree in Social Communication. Since 2018, I've gained extensive experience caring for infants, newborns, twins, toddlers, and school-aged children across the U. S. and Ecuador, including roles as an au pair and elementary school supervisor. I am a confident driver who supports daily routines, meals, age-appropriate activities, homework, and Spanish language immersion. I consider caring for children a true privilege and deeply care about their emotional growth. My priority is creating a loving, safe, and happy space where kids feel cherished and confident.
