I am a social worker that works with children and adult care in the system. I have been a social worker for 30 years. My primary functions is to provide services for the children with their medical and dental care. I made referrals for therapy treatment. We monitor the children for their well-being. We also monitor their educational needs. We also work with the parents of these children and assist them in working on themselves to address the issues that brought the children in custody. If the parents comply with their services we recommend the children to return home to their families. If the parents are not able to comply with their services, the court will terminate their parental rights and we find adoptive families for the children to be adopted.
