About Adriana

Hi!! My name is Adriana. I'm 32 and have over 13 years of experience working with children and families. I earned my bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Cal State Long Beach and have newborn care specialist and doula training. I spent nearly 10 years working in an elementary school program, eventually becoming a site coordinator overseeing staff and 100+ students. I've since worked as a nanny with children from newborns to preteens, including preemies, siblings and overnight care. My childcare style is patient, gentle and development-focused. I love encouraging independence, building confidence, emotional security and learning through reading, play, outdoor exploration and everyday routines. I'm very reliable, organized and attentive to each child's individual needs. I value building lasting relationships with families. I'm bilingual (English/Spanish), CPR/First Aid certified, vaccinated and have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
