With a college degree and over 10yrs of experience caring for my Father who suffered a stroke, I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on the lives of those I serve. As a former Assistant Manager of a Pulmonologist Clinic who offered aervice to many senior adults, my approach is defined by professionalism, patience, empathy, and a friendly demeanor. I prioritize building genuine connections by learning each individual's personal history and unique preferences. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing behavioral changes, and adapting to shifting routines with a calm focus.
