About Adaeze

Hi! I'm Adaeze, a college student majoring in Exercise Science with several years of experience working with children from toddlers to teens. I started working with kids at 16, volunteering at my mom's licensed daycare, and now work as an assistant teacher at a childcare center. I also have experience working one-on-one with children with autism and behavioral/developmental needs, which has strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to adapt to each child's individual needs. I'm caring, reliable, patient, and creative. I love planning fun activities, arts and crafts, playing games, helping with homework, and creating an environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. Most importantly, I prioritize safety while making sure children are having fun and feel cared for. I'm looking to connect with a family I can build a trusting relationship with and provide dependable, engaging, and supportive care for their children.
