I'm so glad Aaliyah reached out to our last posting. We have a 16 month old who is in a phase of being very suspicious, if not screamingly afraid of new people, and Aaliyah was really able to take it in stride. She had him calm and in her lap with a book in what seemed like no time at all. And even more impressive than her ability to calm and befriend our son, was the patience with which she was able to approach the situation. We're looking forward to working with her again.
